Gabriel Ross began over 25 years ago with humble beginnings in a small upholstery shop in the Rock Bay District of Victoria, BC. Armed with an education in upholstery application, Ross Taylor had a vision of being a self-made businessman at the tender age of twenty-one. Through a dedicated customer (fan) base and a willingness to do just about anything to ensure his patrons were satisfied with their products – the company began to grow and diversify.
Opening a dedicated showroom in Victoria in 1990, Ross began to showcase architectural furnishings from brands such as Knoll International, Vitra, and Herman Miller, in the local Victoria/Vancouver Island market, – as well as display Ross’ own line of locally designed and manufactured pieces.
