Alan Jones Construction Ltd. has been a cornerstone in the local construction industry for thirty-five years. We have developed and built hundreds of custom homes in Greater Victoria and in other communities on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Our portfolio predominantly includes custom homes for residential clients. We have also done our own multifamily developments and homes for speculation, as well as commercial and institutional work. Our spec work gives us an advantage over our competitors because we are familiar with the processes and policies involved in building a home prior to breaking ground. We are very skilled at creating budgets for lenders and owners, working with designers and architects, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors and fulfilling the requirements necessitated by municipal governments and local authorities.
