Downsizing from their family home on the water to a condo overlooking Victoria’s Inner Harbour and the Olympic Peninsula, the clients wished to transform this perfectly situated condo into one that reflects their lifestyle. The design intent was to keep the details simple and to maximize space with clever storage solutions. The clients also desired clean lines softened with durable materials that age beautifully. The result is a peaceful, welcoming and well-resolved home.

The master bedroom features a custom closet and a built-in bed with full-height storage within the headboard and seamlessly integrated drawers within the bed-frame. The bed also boasts integrated lighting within the headboard.
His and her home offices double as guest rooms to accommodate the couple’s two daughters when they come home to visit. Space-saving solutions, such as a built-in murphy bed, increase the functionality of the space and simplify hosting.
