Mount Pleasant 2

We worked with the client from the ground up to select all the finishes in the home as well as design the millwork package. The light-filled home definitely needed some drama so we decided on a mixture of black, light wood and white cabinetry.

The contrast between the wood and black and white is a stunning lesson on how you can really mix different elements in a kitchen and not make it look too busy.

The gorgeous mod-looking fire feature is a stunning focal point in the main floor space and helps to create some visual separation between the dining and living space.

A mix of boho-inspired accents, midcentury elements and neutral upholstery all work together to create a gorgeous layered space. Bold artwork in both the living and dining area contribute to that bold statement.

The custom black wood slate feature that extends the height of the staircase helps to filter the light and creates a gorgeous statement in the staircase.

The stunning master ensuite gives all the glam vibes. A dark and dramatic black marble look porcelain tile is the start of the bathroom and is repeated in the floors and shower.

The glam factor comes in with the gold geometric tile accent in the niche and the brass fixtures. The whole look is neutralized by the use of wood cabinetry (also in the kitchen) to help warm the look.

We took some major design risks with the finishes in this bold design and we could not be happier with the results.
